Why am I seeing the message: Run is not within the time window?
Your child’s bus can only be tracked during a set time window that is based on the first and last bus stops on the bus route. If you attempt to track a bus too early or too late in the day, you will see this message. Check back, closer to the bus stop time.
According to the map, the bus is running late, but the Actual Stop Time hasn't updated. Which one should I believe?
If your bus stop is the first or second stop on the route, you may find that the tracker will be less accurate than the map. This is because the system doesn't update the Actual Stop Time until the driver has stopped and opened the door. If the door is not opened at a particular stop due to absences, etc. the Actual Stop Time will say “Pending” even after the bus passes by.
In this instance, the refresh button will allow you to see the updated location of the bus, and help you estimate how soon the bus will arrive. Luckily, the bus is most likely to be on time earlier in the route than after battling Cambridge traffic.
What should I do if I get the error message: Request failed?
