AYESHA M. WILSON is the product of the Cambridge Public Schools system graduating from Pilot at Cambridge Rindge and Latin in 2000 and later attending Wheelock College attaining a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Social Work. With over 18 years of service in human services and youth work. She is an advocate for children and is passionate about empowering students and parents to use their voices. Ayesha currently works with 8th - 12th grade students through Cambridge Housing Authority’s ‘The Work Force’ Program, developing and implementing programs for youth focusing on life skills, job readiness, career awareness, and post-secondary opportunities. Ayesha additionally works at Specialized Housing supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, is an Emerge graduate, member of the YWCA Board of Trustees and Secretary for the Cambridge Branch of the NAACP.
