When going out to eat, bring your own container for leftovers. Why? Because this action is an alternative to paper/plastic/styrofoam throw-away products.

Change your margins to be smaller, so that more writing fills one page. Why? Because it saves paper. (If you use a PC, go to "Page Layout" and "Change Margins." If you use a Mac, go to "Format" and "Change Margins.")

Only print graphics "as needed." Why? Because graphics use a lot of ink and paper.

Drink coffee, tea, or water during the day? Use a mug or re-usable container for hot & cold beverages. Why? Because the average American office worker uses about 500 disposable cups every year. (Source: Clean Air Council)
