Join Prospect Hill Academy Charter School for a Vaccine Clinic on Monday,
February 7 (First Dose) & Wednesday,
March 2 (Second Dose) from 12-5PM in the PHA Middle & High School Library at 50 Essex Street in Cambridge.
Open to all who are vaccine eligible, ages 5 and up!
Kids ages 5-12 must be with a parent. For kids 12 and older, families can complete the linked consent form (scan qr code on flyer).
