Your child's bus stop may have changed. Learn how to find their bus stop by watching this video.

Cambridge Public Schools is pleased to provide

Please review the bus safety information with your child so they will be ready to have a safe trip on their first day riding the bus. Read translated versions of the bus safety information: Arabic | Amharic | Bengali | Haitian- Creole | Spanish

  • Masks are required on the bus at all times
  • Windows required to remain open in all weather for COVID-19 safety reasons
  • Arrive at your bus stop 10 minutes early
  • Please review the bus safety rules with your child so they will be ready to have a safe trip.

Where’s my bus stop?

Students are automatically assigned to the closest bus stop from their home address. Use the CPS Bus Finder to find your student’s stop. Bus stops for the 2021-22 school year should be available by September 1.

Change Your Bus Stop
If your child will need to take the bus to or from another address in Cambridge, complete the Transportation Change Form and send it to your school’s clerk.

Not Using the Bus? Notify us
Please notify the transportation department if your child is eligible to take the bus but will NOT be riding the bus this year. If your child does not take the bus for five days in a row, their bus stop may be removed from the route unless we hear from you.

  3. Click New Account and follow the instructions.

Lost and FoundLost & Found

Drivers hold onto lost items for 1-2 days. If your student loses an item on the bus, Ask the driver if they have found it, or contact the bus companies directly for help: Eastern Bus Company (big yellow bus), 617.628.6868 or NRT (van or small bus), 781.224.0003 X5
