Online Application Procedures

If you are interested in using an online application that requires students to login to either access or produce content on the Internet, you are required to follow this procedure. This applies to applications such as blogs, wikis, online forums, or any other online application in which students are logging in with accounts or posting content (text, images, media) on the Internet. View the current list of approved applications.

  1. Review Currently Approved Online Applications list
  2. If your desired application is not listed, complete and submit the Online Application Request Form below. Please be specific as to the content area, purpose of application, skills, and envisioned use. The submitted information will be reviewed by ICTS and shared with your building administrator.
  3. ICTS will reach out to the application to sign our Data Breach and Student Record Certification certificate. If they elect not to sign, ICTS will work with the Legal Department to create an application-specific Activity Informed Consent and Release form for you to obtain parent signatures.
