Technology Support Technician works on a computer.Cambridge recognizes and rewards the exceptional work performed by our staff members by providing competitive salaries and great employee benefits and services. One of the first cities nationally to ensure that all employees regardless of nature or level of position are paid a living wage, novice CPS teachers have a starting salary of over $50,000. Experienced teachers may earn over $95,000 annually. Every teacher is reimbursed for up to $450 annually for incidental out of pocket expenses for classroom instructional materials and supplies, and is eligible for $1500 annually for tuition reimbursement. Opportunities for increased compensation are also available through continuing professional development, education, and stipend opportunities.
